3. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Your use of this website, including transmitting information through the contact form or request links, does not create or establish a professional therapist-client relationship between you and Kristal Otto, LMHC or Coastal Connections Counseling, Inc. A professional relationship is only established after a formal intake assessment, screening, clinical fit determination, and signing of a clinical services agreement.

4. Telehealth Eligibility & Licensure

Kristal Otto is licensed to provide clinical mental health counseling and therapy services in the State of Florida. Out-of-state therapy services are legally restricted by state licensing boards. We are currently accepting virtual therapy clients across Florida, with Colorado virtual therapy availability planned for Summer 2026 (pending licensure approval). Professional consultation, education, and speaking services are subject to separate scope and agreement.
